Key responsibilities
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets for company vehicles and services in the Cambodian market.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and identify potential customer segments (B2B/B2C).
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and individual customers.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback to the management and TIS HQ.
- Sales Administration: Handle sales contracts, delivery coordination, and payment follow-ups.
- Brand Representation: Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility..
Requirements
- Min. 3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive.
- Experience managing sales teams and achieving
- aggressive sales targets.
- Experience with automotive brands or dealership
- operations is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of automotive market trends and
- customer behavior.
- Age: 30 to mid-40s.
- Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential for coordination with our HQ.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, adaptability, and a high level of work ethic.
Salary range
USD 700 to 1000 gross
