Key responsibilities




1. Sales & Business Development:

Identify, target, and acquire new clients for certification and other company services.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in textile and apparel manufacturing companies.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and close deals effectively.

2. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (both digital and offline) to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Manage digital marketing channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads, tailored to the B2B textile audience.

Organize and participate in industry events, workshops, and seminars to promote Companys services.

Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and newsletters.

3. Networking & Industry Engagement:

Leverage an existing network of contacts in the Cambodian textile and apparel industry.

Actively engage with industry associations, trade bodies, and relevant stakeholders to strengthen Companys presence.

Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, client needs, and industry trends.

4. Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries.






Requirements




  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the textile, apparel, or certification industries.
  • Established network within the Cambodian textile and apparel manufacturing sector is a must.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Khmer.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

USD 1200 gross
