Position Purpose:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving student enrolment growth, strengthening the school's market position, and developing strategic partnerships. This role focuses on lead generation, conversion strategy, market expansion, branding collaboration, and relationship management to ensure sustainable growth of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the school's strategic plan
Identify new market segments and conduct competitor and market analysis
Set enrollment growth targets and monitor performance metrics
Work closely with Admissions to improve enquiry-to-enrolment conversion rates
Organize and participate in school fairs, education exhibitions, and networking events
Track and analyze enrolment trends and recommend action plans
Build partnerships with companies for corporate enrolment packages
Explore scholarship collaborations or sponsorship opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, digital presence, and promotional activities
Work with academic and admission teams to ensure strong parent satisfaction
Monitor feedback trends and suggest service improvements
Prepare monthly business development reports
Analyze KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Experience / Knowledge Required:
Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Experience in the education sector or international school environment is highly preferred.
Proven track record in achieving growth targets.
Experience working with corporate clients and expatriate communities is an advantage.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Salary:
3,000 – 3,500 USD

Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday 7:30 am to 12:00 pm
