Key responsibilities

• Digesting and coordinating customer requirements to the production team.
• Following production process from sampling to shipment.
• Maintaining a clear, concise and reliable production planning sheet, in order to follow each stage of production.
• Preparing order sheets for materials (packaging materials, etc).
• Placing orders for trims to be used in production.
• Following closely material in-housing and coordinating with China and Hong Kong team for follow ups.
• Working closely with China and Hong Kong merchandisers throughout the progress of the sampling and production.
• Advising and assisting production and quality department.
• Going through quality inspections together with in-house or third-party QA/QC teams.
• Preparing shipping details such as stickers, packing lists, and others as necessary.
• Creating a merchandisers summary for every completed order.

Requirements

• 3 years+ work experience in garment factory merchandising.
• Excellent proficiency in Chinese
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent knowledge of various software including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Hard working and is willing to learn
• Experience in sweater industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.

Salary range

USD 800 to 2000 gross
