Key responsibilities:

Manage sales activities in Cambodia

  • Qualify new customers and identify market opportunities.
  • Introducing and promoting existing new products/service to the market.
  • Develop new business by prospecting and following up on leads and referrals within existing and new markets.
  • Visit customers regularly.
  • Coordinate sales activities with head office in Vietnam.
  • Develop sales target.
  • Manage and allocate of work and monitor sales.
  • Work with local industry to get new customer sales lead.
  • Monitor customer feedback on service and products of the company.
  • Develop sales skill with salesman to enhance support of staff in winning opportunity.

Manage operation in the region

  • Ensure safety and no accident recorded.
  • Improve repair efficiency.
  • Encourage repairers.
  • Build a good working environment.
  • Manage inventory and equipment of the warehouse.
  • Record and verify daily issue and de-hire transactions.

  • Control pallet quality after repair.
  • Check pallet quality from supplier.
  • Place orders of timber and repair equipment on time to make sure there is no shortage during operation.
  • Warehouse extension on time.

Customer service

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Monitor customer feedback on service and products of the Company.
  • Products care training regularly to improve customers awareness of how to use products efficiently.
  • Chase outstandings together with finance department.
  • Join stockout with customers.
  • Coordinate with customers to get proper forecasts in order to prepare PO on time especially during peak season.
  • Conduct market visit to both existing and potential customers.
  • Report on change and new development/activities of customers.

Month-end Activities

  • Material monthly report to operation.
  • Pipeline report to GM.
  • Prepare timesheet and overtime for workers.
  • Monthly join stock count with Operation.
  • BER and monthly reconciliation with customers.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and national accounts teams to support customers.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

LEADERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

  • Understanding the market industry.
  • Build relationships with other people in different industries.
  • Working in team to support all the colleagues for better results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Preferable working experience in related industries such as logistics, 3PL, Packaging and FMCG companies.
  • At least 5-7 years B2B sales experience; experience in warehouse management, logistics, pallet pooling, or FMCG is a plus.
  • Good at analysis and planning.
  • Prefer to travel to other provinces.
  • Good English in both writing and negotiation.
  • Age range: 30 to 40 years old.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with branch-level operations or P&L is a plus (but not required in early).

Salary range:

USD 1200 to 1500 gross

Benefits:

13th month salary, Severance, NSSF, Pension Fund, Insurance and some allowances

8 hours per day
