Key responsibilities
Administration:
- Be the main person responsible for all the administrative tasks in office.
- Manage leasing contracts, stationery, office equipment, grab account, booking hotel/flight, phone & other office costs efficiently
- Undertake daily administrative tasks of the company such as reception, meeting organizer, and other related tasks, purchase office refreshment, organize employee events, and other logistic supports.
- Co-ordinate with other departments to organize the company events.
- Do orientation training for newcomer & contact Regional IT for setting up Laptop
- Do reports to authority and as request
- Organize company events such as Outing, Regional Meeting, Year end party, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned by the management team.
Human Resource:
- Implement the hiring as plan and further requests from Senior Managers, do the new hire orientation, prepare the labor contract and salary letter.
- Ensure HR policy and practice complaint with Local Labor regulations including maintaining employee information data sheet; labor registration with authority and NSSF.
- Record, update salary, bonus, allowance, and benefits of employees for monthly payroll correctly;
- Monitor internal staffs time and attendance producing monthly timesheets, manage the leave record
- Ensure the HR Documentation proper and fully compliant.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- At least 1 – 2 years of experience in human resource and administrative systems management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven knowledge and understanding of human resource function an advantage
- Excellent Communication Skills both English and Khmer
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Offices – Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Research and Emails)
- Strong Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and regulations
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
- Strong commitment and vision
Salary range
USD 650 to 750 gross
