Key responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day sea freight operations.
Drive sales and business development initiatives to expand market presence.
Negotiate effectively with carriers, agents, and customers to secure competitive rates and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new customer accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and customer satisfaction.
Provide support in air freight operations when required (knowledge in this area will be considered an added advantage).

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience in sea freight operations.
Strong sales and business development skills with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to identify and develop new customer accounts (highly valued).
Knowledge of air freight operations is a plus.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary range

$ 750 - $1500
