Key responsibilities

Lead marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
Develop and execute AI-powered marketing campaigns tailored to financial products and services.
Use AI tools to enhance customer targeting and engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand. development and performance
Strong experience in marketing and digital strategy Familiarity with AI tools and data-driven decision making
Prepare and submit a report promptly.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field.
35 years of experience in digital marketing and AI integration.
Strong understanding of financial services and customer behavior.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and AI technologies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Salary range

Up to $800 - $1000gross (negotiable)

Benefits

- Seniority Pay: Follow with Cambodia Labour Law (7.5 days of salary will provide on Jun, and 7.5 days will provide on December)

- 13th Month salary: Based on company policy (50% of gross salary provide before Khmer New Year, and 50% provide before Pchum Ben day)

- Insurance: Provide NSSF
