Key responsibilities
- Develop, prepare, and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company growth targets
- Identify, prospect, and develop new customers, partners, and business opportunities
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
- Lead, coordinate, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute business strategies
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for clients and partners
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers and partners
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Provide regular reports on business development performance and market insights to management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
- Experience in the logistics industry is an added advantage
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary range
$1500 - $2000
