Key responsibilities

  • Develop, prepare, and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company growth targets
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new customers, partners, and business opportunities
  • Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
  • Lead, coordinate, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute business strategies
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for clients and partners
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers and partners
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Provide regular reports on business development performance and market insights to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
  • Experience in the logistics industry is an added advantage
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary range

$1500 - $2000
