HEAD OF DIGITAL

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia | Level: Senior Management (15-20 Staff)

ROLE PURPOSE

To lead the digital business and strategic growth of the agency. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team of 15-20 specialists (Social Media, Performance, Content, and Tech) to deliver world-class digital solutions for top-tier local and international brands in the Cambodian market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies that align with client business objectives and market trends in Cambodia.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 15-20 staff. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Operations & P&L: Oversee the digital department's budget, resource allocation, and profitability. Ensure operational efficiency across all digital workflows.
  • Client Relationship: Act as the senior digital consultant for key accounts, providing high-level insights and driving organic growth through digital innovation.
  • Product Development: Identify and integrate new digital tools, platforms, and services (AI, Programmatic, CRM) to keep the agency ahead of the competition.
  • Performance Oversight: Ensure all digital campaigns meet KPIs through rigorous data analysis and optimization strategies.



PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • 4+ years in senior leadership (Agency side).
  • Proven track record managing 15+ staff.
  • Deep expertise in Cambodia's digital landscape.
  • Fluency in English (Khmer is a plus).
