Key responsibilities

• Manage development to bulk production process
• Work with garment factories to achieve best prices
• Work to ensure a seamless coordination with internal colleagues related to development issues
• Monitor suppliers and the production market to update market situation
• Partner with local and overseas technical teams to ensure Brand requirements are met, i.e. fit, yarn, color, wash, general quality assurance and production techniques
• Review tech packs and samples with fit tech to ensure the product requirements are followed
• Liaison with Yarn team to ensure on-time submission of quality and obtain approval
• Ensure clear and timeliness of the communication with all the counterparts
• Provide updated market information to customers in respect of style, fabrics, delivery etc.
• Provide information of competitors activities within ability to access the market

Requirements

• College degree or above
• 3+ years' related work experience in Sweater apparel sourcing and production
• Strong technical knowledge in yarn/sweater
• Detail-oriented, strong planning and coordination skills
• Excellent communication skills with Business level English & Chinese (verbal & written)
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Strong in MS Excel (pivot table, vlookup etc.) is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience might be considered as Senior Merchandiser

Salary range

USD 1000 to 1500 gross
